Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and build strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming their trusted partner.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their retail and branding objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop creative and innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion.
  • Actively seek out and develop new business prospects through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and change orders with clients.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, address any issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within a design agency or related industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Proven business development skills with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Knowledge of the retail and branding industry is a plus
